The Global Self-consistent, Hierarchical, High-resolution Geography Database (GSHHG) is a high-resolution geography data set including coastlines, political borders, and rivers available for file download in either ESRI shapefile format or in a native binary format. In the database we use the low resolution (l); product 1 (coastlines). version 2.3.4 (January 1, 2015)
